Acronis will be migrating operations to a new data center to enhance data center and network performance. Migration is performed in stages and in this stage we will be migrating the management/platform layer of the data center you are currently using.
The process is planned to start on Aug 12th, 2025 and will last up to 48 hours.
Acronis will continue to be on-site to oversee the transition and will continue to follow rigorous protocols to minimize any disruption to your services. Impacted services:
All User interface and platform related services will not be available:
· Management and backup console including any reporting, provisioning and integrations. · Cloud to Cloud backups for MS O365 and Gsuite and physical backup to cloud hosted storages · Failover/Failback for Disaster Recovery · EDR alerts, investigation and response functionality · Remote monitoring and management (RMM) · File Sync&Share
Physical backup, running DR and all agent base services will continue to operate:
· Backup to local storage (SMB, network locations) of physical workloads · DR Primary servers and VMs in a failover status · EDR Antivirus and Antimalware
The public IP range associated with the EU3 data center will change as a result.
Actions needed prior to the migration date:
Before the scheduled maintenance date, please make sure the outbound destination IP subnets listed above are allowed on your customers' firewalls to ensure uninterrupted cloud connectivity. Also, please keep the old destination IPs for a period of 90 days after the migration.
