Acronis will be conducting planned maintenance on Europe (ne1-aas01.azure) data center between July 15 and July 16, including standard system updates. All services will remain available during the update, which will take approximately 10 hours with no expected downtime. We will keep you informed of our progress. Maintenance details: Acronis Cloud Team will update the Acronis Cyber Infrastructure cluster to the next version to improve the overall quality of the provided services, including stability and security.
Affected by maintenance: Cyber Files Cloud, Cyber Disaster Recovery Cloud, Acronis Cyber Cloud.
Services impact: No service interruption is expected. However, some storage-related operations may be delayed during the update, which could impact backup and restore, file sync and share and disaster recovery services performance. Any experienced delays will resolve on their own with no action required on your part.
