Microsoft Timeout Errors
Due to the volume of orders being placed globally using Microsoft's API's we are seeing some orders timing out. To resolve this please try again after receiving a 504 Gateway Timeout error.

Microsoft are having issues processing orders and therefore NCE orders may fail with the error "There has been an error on checkout the cart: Create order is not successful." inside CORE.

Placing new orders for NCE for Vuzion is now resolved as of approximately 9:40pm on the 23rd February 2022. Existing failed orders cannot yet be resubmitted.

We are experiencing an issue with placing NCE orders through the CORE platform due to Microsoft's enforcement of the Partner on Record Attestation. It is currently raised with our vendor(s). CORE does ask for this upon the ordering process, however this does not appear to be reaching Microsoft.

New NCE orders can now be placed after an issue between 2pm and 6pm BST on the 23rd February. Resubmitting existing failed orders is not yet resolved for NCE orders but is being worked on as priority.
